Lone Star Marine Products

Lone Star Marine USA stands behind all Lone Star Marine products and their manufactures warranty including 5 year parts warranty and lifetime warranty on water ingress for its drum winches.

Returns will be allowed with full refund on products in the first 3o Days from the purchase date of all Lone Star Marine products provided they have not been installed or used in any manner. Full refund will be reimbursed to the purchaser’s card used for payment, minus any shipping charges.

Any drum winch or accessory (anchors, swivels, rope, bow sprit, etc.) that has been installed or used is ineligible for return or refund. Custom Wiring Looms or cut cable lengths are ineligible for refund for any reason.

Thats a 5 Year Warranty on all components plus a Life Time Warranty (not just a guarantee) on Drive Component Damage due to Water Ingress. Nothing else comes close to offering this type of warranty. A benefit of using Custom Made drive components and an industry first. You simply cannot get any better than that!

Commercial Warranty

GX & Elite series winches feature a 2 year commercial warranty. We value our commercial customers and supply thousands around the globe. In the event of product failure or rebuilds outside of the warranty period on commercial vessels LSM do our very best to keep costs down for the operator and provide exceptional customer service. Most warranty or repairs for commercial users are performed at cost outside of the warranty period.

3 Year Unconditional Warranty Recreational, 1 Year Warranty Commercial. If you can break it we’ll replace it.

Terms & Conditions

*All LSM products are Guaranteed to be free from mfg. defects upon dispatch. Warranty does not cover rope, chain, or cable. Warranty does not cover improper installation. Warranty does not cover winches installed with incorrect cable size or type, please see our wiring looms page for details. LSM warranty does not cover motors or gearboxes which have been opened or tampered with without prior consent. Do not overfill the drum with rope & chain to the point it is scraping the cradle or spilling over. Warranty does not cover solenoids or circuit breakers with water damage but it does cover them from internal failure. All LSM products must be purchased through authorized dealers or distributors within that territory. Warranty repairs inside the warranty period include return freight. Winches must be used for pulling anchors only. Warranty does not cover winches used for any other purpose without prior written consent from LSM. Warranties for all LSM custom fabricated products are on an individual basis.

*LSM are well known for high quality & excellent customer service. We highly regard any warranty requirement as urgent and work quickly to get you back on the water.
